Inspired by the magic of the stars and the timeless spirit of the American West, each handcrafted hat is thoughtfully designed to become more than an accessory—it’s a reflection of who you are.

Our signature style blends celestial symbolism with western craftsmanship, incorporating zodiac signs, birthstones, vintage treasures, natural gemstones, feathers, and carefully curated details that make every piece one of a kind. The heart behind Stella Wilder began during one of life’s most challenging seasons. When her mother was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer, she wanted to create something meaningful that would remind her mother of strength, hope, and beauty. She designed a collection of 24 zodiac hats—one for every zodiac sign and birthstone—as a surprise during treatment. What began as a deeply personal project quickly grew into a passion for creating heirloom-quality hats and accessories that carry stories, memories, and meaning.

Today, every Stella Wilder hat is handcrafted in Scottsdale, Arizona using premium wool hats, carefully selected materials, and artisan techniques. From hand-burning to vintage embellishments to beading.

Hat Disclaimer:
Each hat will have variations in detail, design elements and material, making no two hats the same. Colors may appear different when viewed on phones and computers than in person.

Hat Care:
Do not pull frayed edges or loose threads, always use scissors to cut off any unwanted threads. Do not brush or use other abrasives on burned areas. Spot clean only with mild soap. If bends occur in the brim, lightly steam and lay on a clean flat surface to dry. When not wearing your hat, hang on the wall (they look beautiful as wall décor) or store inside a hat box.

Hat Sizes:
Most hats are one size, 57cm with an adjustable strap for a custom fit to size down, or if desired add hat foam. Please read the full description within a hat listing, which includes the specific hat size, before purchasing, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When requesting a
custom order, measure your head and email us with your measurements.
