Once you have purchased the Non-Refundable Deposit of $75.00 for the 30-minute phone or video consultation valid towards one (1) Custom Hat Order. Please email stellawilderhats@gmail.com to schedule your phone and/or video consultation (video is highly recommended). The remaining balance will be due before the hat ships to the recipient.

For THEE Celestial Hat: (The consultation fee will be deducted from your balance due for THEE Celestial Hat)

These details are needed before or during the phone and/or video consultation. 

✦ Birth Month and Day (ex: 03/18 or March 18th).
✦ Specify if you want zodiac sign branding and/or star constellation burning with or without rhinestones and/or line details. 
✦ Hat Size (preferably measure in centimeters [CM] as it will be more accurate). 
✦ Hat Style Preferences (please include a couple of styles you like, ex: pinched front, telescope/gambler, cattleman, etc.)

For All Other Custom Hats:

Please email stellawilderhats@gmail.com to schedule your phone and/or video consultation (video is highly recommended). The remaining balance will be due before the hat ships to recipient. The remaining balance will be quoted during the consultation after the designer knows the complexity of desired design and materials needed. 

Custom hat orders will be completed and shipped within 1-3 weeks after placing your order and after receiving the details above. Ground UPS and/or USPS Shipping is included within the US. There is a two (2) zodiac sign branding limit per hat, star constellations are limitless, however, for design aesthetics less is more.*
