Refund policy

Returns
Most cases ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is our discretion to approve a return. Contact us at  stellawilderhats@gmail.com to request return approval. If the return is approved, it is the purchasers cost to ship the return. Unapproved returns will not be refunded. 

If return is approved, we have a three (3) day return policy, which means you have three (3) days after the shipment is scanned as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for an approved return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Hats not shipped in original box must be in a box large enough for the hat to lay flat, returning in a smaller box will result in 0% refund to the purchaser. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, take pictures [if damaged] and submit a claim with Route Protection if the item is damaged or if your package is lost or stolen. If you did not purchase Route Protection, please contact us at stellawilderhats@gmail.com within the three (3) days of shipment being scanned as delivered. 

Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our hats, exchanges are not available at this time. Please read the hat descriptions, measure for your hat size accordingly, or order a custom hat if a different size is needed.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stellawilderhats@gmail.com. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from all returns.
